About Us
The Mosaic Cell Sciences team (a division of Organovo, Inc.) is comprised of experts in the field of primary human cell isolation and culture with over 45 years of combined experience. Our scientists have isolated cells from over 2,000 healthy and diseased organs and tissues. With our mission to advance the scientific discoveries of our partners' and clients' research and discovery programs, our scientific and technical support teams offer the utmost quality for your workflows to improve the lives of patients.
Mosaic Cell Sciences' donor-derived cells, in combination with Organovo's experience with 3D tissue and organ systems, have translated into a clinical trial for Organovo's lead target for Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Our offerings of healthy and diseased primary human cells allow scientists to recreate the heterogeneity and pathophysiology responsible for liver disease and IBD. With our primary human cell solutions you can generate translational in vitro models to advance your discoveries into the clinic.
