Mosaic Cell Sciences' intestinal crypt cells offer our scientific partners the promise to develop therapeutic interventions for intestinal disease and provides an opportunity to conduct metabolism and toxicity assays in microphysiological systems. Our primary human intestinal cells are isolated from either healthy or IBD (Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease) donors, providing the most physiologically relevant starting cell material to recreate the biology within the intestinal system. Our cells do not come with any passage limitations, with the capability to sub-culture our intestinal crypt cells for an additional 13 passages. Leverage these stem cells to create fully-functioning intestinal barriers.
