  • Validation of functional hepatocyte phenotype

    • Albumin Production​

    • Expression of ASGR1/ASGPR

    • Do not express Alpha Fetoprotein

  • NAS score between 0-3 (confirmed by board certified pathologist​)

    • Steatosis qualified as > 30% macrovesicular, microvesicular, or a combination of the two.​​
